How can I purchase the theme?
You can purchase the theme using PayPal. It’s not necessary to have an account, just a credit or debit card to process the payment with.
How can I get updates?
You can update your theme using the traditional WordPress update tools or you can log in to your Design Lab account (or create a new one) and go to “My Account » Downloads” to download the latest update available.
Why WordPress doesn’t show Theme update notifications?
To get update notifications in the WordPress Dashboard you need to activate your theme license.
Can I use the theme on more than one site?
Yes, all of our themes can be used on as many websites as you like, including personal websites or client/business sites.
Do I get support?
Our Themes include support for common issues. Support for customizations not covered by Theme options is not included.

You must be a logged-in member and activate your theme license.
Can you help me customize my site?
No, we do not offer customization or design services. We cannot offer you extensive help in terms of modifications. If you are asking for help with modifications, which only involve issuing a few lines of code, then we will be glad to assist you.
Can i modify my theme?
Yes, you are free to change anything you want in the theme. All of our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License.
Theme License
Where I find my license?
You can find your theme license in the Purchase Receipt or you can log in to your Design Lab account and go to “My Account » License Keys” page.
If don’t have an account, you can create a new one: please use the email that you entered in the form when you purchased the theme.
How do I activate my license?
In your WordPress dashboard go to “Appearance » Theme License” and paste your license key. Then click on “Activate License” button.
Old theme versions: Upgrade your theme to the latest version available to activate the license key.
An error occurred while updating: Download failed. Unauthorized. How can i fix it?
This is happening either because the license key is expired or it is not activated on the URL the theme is installed on. This can happen if the site changes URLs or something.
If you have a valid license key, log in to your account, click on “My Account » License Keys” link and then click on the “Manage Sites” link. From that page, you will be able to edit, add or remove URLs for the license. Once the proper URL is registered on the license key, you will be able to install the update.
Licensed URLs have to match exactly with your Site URLs.
What happens when my license expires?
Your theme will continue to work after your license expires, but you will not receive support and updates for the product any longer.
How do I renew my license?
You will be sent a notification email 30 days prior to the license expiration date.
You can also manually renew your license: Log in to your account, click on “My Account » License Keys” link and then click on the renewal link.
How much does it cost to renew my license?
You’ll be able to renew your license at 30% off the discounted rate of the current theme price.
What do I receive when renewing my license?
Renewing your license provides an additional year of support and updates to your theme.
Is renewal for support and updates required?
It’s not required but we recommend it. This ensures compatibility with newer versions of WordPress, as well as new features and enhancements to the product itself.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day refund policy. Most issues can be worked out before a refund is necessary.
No refunds are provided after more than 14 days following purchase.
How I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with our products, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase, with details of your request, and we’ll be happy to refund the full amount of your original purchase.
